The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the airport, VERY helpful. A convenience store is conveniently located nearby, offering easy access to essentials. The massage chairs on the fourth floor were a welcome addition after a long day of travel.
This required me to complete the check-in process at the front desk.

The breakfast buffet supplied sufficient options to keep me full , and I considered this to be quite beneficial. Self-care products were available in the lobby, easy to get what I needed.

The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the train station, and I considered this to be quite beneficial. The hotel is a seven-minute drive to terminal 3 by the hotel shuttle. This made access to transportation very convenient.

My room included necessary amenities and the size was reasonably spacious. I found it sufficient. A structural bollard was present in the middle of the room and could prove problematic. There is a laundry area .

the hotel is easy to reach. the free shuttle to and from the airport worked perfectly. the room was a bit bigger than other rooms i have stayed in. i also found convenience stores and a grocery store close by.
the hotel has little around it. you will need to take the train if you want to go somewhere.

I was charmed by the complimentary shuttle bus. It simplified my travel to the airport! the restaurant connected to the hotel was great, with tasty meals available. i found the staff helpful, they were really good too help with any needs. the room was clean and i appreciated the ample space.
the air conditioner control panel was only in japanese, i found that a bit annoying as a foreigner.
